Return & Refund policy

Quarter & half, as a platoon of an artist we watch about your order from manufacturing to coating to dispatch with fine edge perfection, but occasionally the thing did not go as per plan and some miscalculations were done so we’re then to help you happily with our client friendly return and refund policy. Please read it precisely ahead purchase.

Wrong Item/ Damaged Product/ Incorrect Size/ Deficient Product

If your goods are damaged or one of any above condition, we would be happy to give you the following alternatives:

  • Refund of the full amount paid by you.
  •  swap the product for a substitute of your choice of equal value OR
  • follow with the right product

In any of the above cases, contact must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the products by email notifying us of any damage to the product with pics of the product received. We will schedule return pick up for the product. Upon return, the article will undergo a quality check to ensure the quality problem is found to be our responsibility rather than misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control. Once the returned product passes the quality check to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging stage, an exchange/refund will be processed.

In case of incomplete product / items missing in the package, the missing parts will be sent after verification from our end.

Didn’t Like the product or quality / Size not as per requirement / Changed my mind / Don’t need anymore:

We ensure only the best quality reaches to our customers as each product goes through a well-defined quality check process. However, these being art products, please note that there may be slight variation in looks and finish. The colours shown on the website are close the real colour of the product to the extent possible. However, depending upon your display screen, the colours may vary slightly.

However, if you are still not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 7 days of delivery. Please mail us with the details within this 7-day period. We will schedule a return pick up for the product. Upon return, the article will undergo a quality check to ensure there is no misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control. Once the returned product passes the quality check to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging stage, an exchange/refund will be dispatched. For this 15% of the order value will be deducted in case of refund as return shipping of the product.

For any refund for prepaid orders, we reverse the transaction you made and for COD orders you will have to share the account details so that refunds can be processed. Applicable COD charges are non-refundable and only product charges are refunded. Refund can take up to 5-7 working days to reflect in your account depending on your bank. Please ensure that the products are not used, altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way. Return all original tags and accessories. Branded packaging should be returned in its original condition. 

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled any time before they are dispatched without any extra costs. To cancel the order, please call us at our customer care number / mail us at email. We are unable to cancel the order once it has been dispatched.

Above policies do not apply on bulk orders / Custom Orders. All of the bulk orders / Custom Orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

Custom Product Order

Custom products are the products those are created on your request, apart from other available products on website i.e., personalized portrait, colour special demand on clocks or wall art etc. On such product orders COD won’t be applicable. Such orders are non-refundable, non-cancellable & non-exchangeable. They can only be replaced in case of in-correct product or damaged product received, for such case unpacking video is compulsory so we can verify the damage from our side.

Bulk Orders

All the orders having value more than INR 15,000 comes under bulk order category. For bulk orders above return & refund policies are not applicable. Bulk orders are not refundable in any scenario, only defective items or damaged items individually can be replaced. Bulk orders may take some extra time to ship depending on the volume. The delivery time will be confirmed by our team at the time of order confirmation.

At Quarter & half, our topmost priority is to deliver the product to our valued customers at the earliest possible. We Delivery almost all over India

Shipping Time:

Time taken to Dispatch a product depends upon the type of the product and Quantity. Large Quantities generally take more than usual time which are conveyed to the customers once the order is confirmed. General shipping time for products are shipped within 7 working days.

Courier Partners:

We only work with reputed courier partners like FedEx, Delhivery etc. for domestic deliveries. For remote locations sometime Speed post is used where no other courier services are available.

Delivery Time:

Our target is ASAP. However, depending upon the size of the product and Delivery location, it varies from 2 – 10 days from shipping. Tracking details are provided to customers once the product is shipped.

For customised and bulk orders, customers are requested to get in touch with us at email or contact through number. The above shipping terms are not applicable in these cases and customers are informed about it upfront.
